We provide workforce intelligence tools. You pay us. We keep your data safe. Don't do anything illegal. Don't abuse the platform. That's basically it.
By using Uncover, you agree to these terms. If you're using Uncover on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing for that organization and promising you have the authority to do so.
Uncover provides workforce intelligence and verification services, including:
We may modify features, but we'll maintain core functionality for paying customers.
You agree to:
Your data is yours. We process it on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for details. We'll never sell your data. We use industry-standard security. You're responsible for the accuracy of data you provide.
Don't use Uncover to:
We own our platform and technology. You own your data. You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service. Don't copy our stuff. We won't claim ownership of yours.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee 100% uptime or that we'll catch every fake employee. We do our best, but you use the service at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You'll defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Either party can terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations. Upon termination, you lose access but can export your data for 30 days.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes will be resolved in Tokyo courts. We both waive jury trials.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
